The majority of your data is kept in your Zoho CRM account. We store some data (record names, phone numbers and record IDs) in our database to speed up the app. We also do have logging in place to let us know if there are major errors. These logs do not contain any of your sensitive data (just the email address of the admin to allow us to contact you to help fix it).
Like most website operators, Deluge On a Luge collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Deluge On a Luge's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Deluge On a Luge's visitors use its website. From time to time, Deluge On a Luge may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Deluge On a Luge also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on https://www.delugeonaluge.com blog posts. Deluge On a Luge only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.
If you use our products (CRM plugins etc.), we collect application logs (if there is an error while you use the product) as well as your email address so we can contact you if there is a problem.
Most of your CRM data remains within your CRM. We keep a copy of some of it in our database so that you can send messages more quickly (Zoho APIs are slow). Our database is hosted on heroku and is secured with a strong password and multi factor authentication.
The data we keep in our database is as follows:
We reserve the right to inspect the content of messages you have sent if we suspect there has been a breach of our terms of service (e.g. complaints from people you have messaged about harassment or inappropriate messages).
We also share data with the following services:
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites, products or services.
Deluge On a Luge may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its website. Deluge On a Luge may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Deluge On a Luge does not disclose your personally-identifying information.
